Do you handle both residential and commercial work?
Yes, to the same standard. Shower glass, mirrors, backsplashes and closets are mostly homes; partitions, storefront and sneeze guards are mostly offices, clinics and retail; railings, film and windows are both. Use the Homes / Business filter above to see only your side.
How do I know which service I actually need?
You often do not, and that is fine. Describe the problem or send a photo, a foggy window, a dropped shower door, an office you want to divide, and we will tell you which service it is and what it involves.
Do you supply glass only, or supply and install?
We supply and install. Your glass is made to our designer's measurements by trusted local glass manufacturers such as Garibaldi Glass, and our own installation teams fit it. Every quote covers the glass or metal, the hardware and the installation together.
Can you repair cracked glass?
No. Tempered glass cannot be repaired, so a cracked or chipped panel is replaced with a new one made to measure, reusing the hardware where it is sound. We can redo leaking caulking and silicone on an existing shower, and a foggy window gets a new sealed unit in its existing frame.
How far ahead do I need to book?
The site measure is usually quick to arrange. The lead time that matters is manufacturing the glass, which starts once you accept the quote, and we confirm that date in writing before you commit.
